The Taliban have been accused of killing a middle-aged man from Omraz village in Panjshir province. The man, named as Khal Mohammad, was arrested two weeks ago and died under torture. After his health deteriorated, he was transferred to Panjshir Emergency Hospital where he passed away from his injuries. This is not the first incident of the Taliban torturing, detaining and killing innocent citizens in the last year and a half in Panjshir Province.
The Taliban’s brutal act of torturing and killing innocent citizens, such as Khal Mohammad, is a stark reminder of the group’s barbaric tactics and complete disregard for human life. This tragic incident is yet another example of the Taliban’s ongoing campaign of violence and terror in the Panjshir province and the surrounding areas.
